How quickly do you respond?
We normally respond to messages within 1 business day during our Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM business hours.
How fast do orders ship?
Standard in-stock orders normally ship within 3 business days. Custom and made-to-order work may require up to 2 weeks depending on the project. If we expect a custom order to take longer, we'll contact you with an update.
Do you build custom wiring and harnesses?
Yes. We build custom automotive and racing wiring, input/output harnesses, accessory wiring, ECU integration, switch wiring, and application-specific harnesses. Use the Contact page to tell us about your project.
Can you build a custom relay or fuse panel?
Yes. Custom relay, fuse, and power-distribution systems can be configured around your vehicle, electrical loads, available space, switching requirements, and wiring layout.
Do your relay panels work with EFI systems?
Our panels are designed for automotive, performance, race, and EFI applications. Specific compatibility depends on the ECU, switching method, and accessories being controlled. Contact us with your ECU and application if you want help choosing a setup.
Do you offer ground-trigger inputs?
Ground-trigger options are available for compatible systems that use ground-switched ECU or switch-panel outputs. Check the individual product description or contact us for the correct configuration.
Do you sell matching wiring?
Yes. Color-matched wiring kits are available for several CCS relay panels, and input harnesses are available for compatible applications.
Do you offer CAD design?
Yes. Custom CAD design and drafting is available for brackets, panels, enclosures, mounts, prototypes, and other mechanical parts. Contact us before purchasing so we can review the project and estimate the required design time.
Do you offer laser cutting?
Yes. We offer laser cutting for one-off parts, prototypes, and small production runs. Material, file preparation, and unusual setup requirements may be quoted separately.
What warranty do your relay panels have?
CCS relay and fuse panels include a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, negligence, improper installation or wiring, overload, misuse, or unauthorized modification is excluded.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom-built, modified, and made-to-order products are not returnable unless a return is specifically agreed to by Circuit Control Solutions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
How do I request custom work?
Use our Contact page and include the service you need, a description of the project, vehicle or application information, dimensions, quantity, and any special requirements. Mention any photos, sketches, drawings, or CAD files you have.
