Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible standard products. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Custom Products
Custom-built, modified, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless a return is specifically agreed to by Circuit Control Solutions.
If a custom product requires a covered repair within 30 days of delivery, Circuit Control Solutions will cover the repair and shipping costs associated with the covered repair.
Please contact Circuit Control Solutions before sending any product back so we can review the issue and provide return or repair instructions.
